Native Plant Garden Club

I am looking for azalea replacements in the back yard this time. A post in the native plant nursery I always visit with family in NC posted about Leucothoe axillaris 'Rejoyce' and it sounds like a candidate - size, color, evergreen, moisture requirements/tolerance, hardiness zone, etc. Can you venture an opinion? Is this something you might be able to source? I could have my sister pick up a few for me and then bring them home in May. Thank you.
