The summer clearance sale is still happening at KMS Native Plants. It's a great time to stock up on plants and get them in the garden now or wait until the weather cools off a bit.
Need milkweed? I still have butterfly weed, purple milkweed, whorled milkweed, and showy swamp milkweed left.
Fall is the best time to plant native plants! It lets them work on their roots, gives them a jump start in the spring, and helps them tolerate the summer heat/drought better than a spring-planted plant.
